Your trust is everything. This policy explains what information AFOS.one collects, how we use and protect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

Who we are

AFOS.one ("AFOS.one", "we", "us") provides software that helps you manage your own brokerage account — a unified portfolio view, an AI copilot, and a safety layer for trading. This policy applies to our website and the AFOS.one application. If you have questions, contact us at support@zadenor.com.

Information we collect

  • Account details. Your name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you create an account or sign in with a third-party sign-in provider such as Google.
  • Connected account data. When you link a brokerage or banking account, we receive financial information — balances, positions, orders, and transaction history — needed to power your portfolio, copilot, and trading features.
  • Content you provide. Messages to the copilot, watchlists, alerts, automations, documents you choose to upload, and support requests.
  • Usage & device data. Basic technical information such as device type, browser, and interactions with the product, used to keep AFOS.one reliable and secure.
  • Payment information. If you subscribe, billing is handled by a trusted third-party payment provider. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not store full card numbers ourselves.

How we connect to your accounts

When you link an account, you authorize a secure connection through trusted providers using industry-standard, permissioned access. We request the minimum access necessary to deliver the features you use, and you can disconnect an account or revoke access at any time. AFOS.one never takes custody of your money or assets.

How we use your information

  • To provide and operate AFOS.one — your portfolio, copilot, alerts, automations, and trading.
  • To ground the AI copilot's answers in your real, live financial picture.
  • To keep your account secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
  • To process subscriptions and send essential service communications.
  • To improve reliability and performance, and to provide support when you reach out.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private financial data to train external, third-party models.

How we share information

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. Trusted third parties that help us run AFOS.one — including hosting and infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, sign-in, and AI processing — under contracts that require them to protect your data and use it only to provide their service to us.
  • Your connected institutions. To execute the actions you approve, such as placing a reviewed trade in your connected account.
  • Legal & safety. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and AFOS.one.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you where required.

Data storage & retention

Your information is stored securely with reputable infrastructure and email providers and is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain personal and financial information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Activity history is retained according to your plan. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Cookies & similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the product against abuse, and understand aggregate usage. Essential cookies are required for AFOS.one to function; you can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage much of this directly in your account settings — including disconnecting linked accounts — or by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Security

We protect your information with bank-grade encryption, advanced threat protection, bot protection, and least-privilege access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard your data and to notify you promptly if a relevant incident occurs.

Children's privacy

AFOS.one is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the product or by email.
