Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and AFOS.one. By creating an account or using AFOS.one, you agree to them. We've written them as plainly as we can — please read them carefully.

1. What AFOS.one is (and isn't)
AFOS.one is a software product that helps you manage your own brokerage account — a unified portfolio view, an AI copilot, and a safety layer for trading. AFOS.one is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, bank, or financial institution, and we do not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Any information, analysis, or suggestion from AFOS.one — including from the AI copilot — is for your consideration only. All decisions are yours, and trades execute in your own connected account.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use AFOS.one. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and the trades you approve.
- You are responsible for configuring your safety settings — caps, approvals, and the kill switch — to match your own risk tolerance.
- You must comply with the rules of any brokerage or institution you connect.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential.
4. Trading, automation & risk
AFOS.one can place trades and run automations only after you authorize them, within the limits you set, and — for trading — through a review-and-approve step in a dedicated, isolated account. You understand that trading involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal, that markets can move quickly, and that no tool, automation, or AI can guarantee outcomes. You accept full responsibility for the actions you approve and the strategies you run.
5. Subscriptions & billing
AFOS.one offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro and Enterprise). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through a trusted third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice, effective on your next renewal.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use AFOS.one for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with the safety, security, or usage controls.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service except as expressly permitted.
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of AFOS.one or attempt unauthorized access.
- Misuse the AI copilot to generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
7. Intellectual property
AFOS.one and its software, design, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use AFOS.one under these terms. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide; you grant us the permissions needed to operate the service for you.
8. Third-party services
AFOS.one connects to third-party services — including your brokerage and banking institutions, sign-in providers, payment processing, and email delivery — to provide its features. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
9. Disclaimers
AFOS.one is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information or output will be accurate, complete, or profitable.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFOS.one and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AFOS.one harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Termination
You may stop using AFOS.one and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or to protect the service and its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable governing jurisdiction [jurisdiction placeholder], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we'll update the date above and notify you where appropriate. Continued use of AFOS.one after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
